When we first purchased our condo in 2004, we were told that you were “the best property managers on the island” and we should talk to you about finding renters for us. We still remember the day you first met with us, and how gracious you were as you looked through our new “home away from home” and talked us through the details of putting our property in your hands. You gave us all the information we needed to supply the condo with items that would make it appealing to renters; and it was rented every winter that we owned it.
Even during the difficult economic times we all endured from 2004 to 2011, I could always trust you to know the market and to direct us in our dealings with potential tenants so that every season was a win-win-win. And as renters’ criteria changed over the years, you advised us regarding the changes and additions we should make to our unit to prevent it from being empty from November to April.
